Welcome
Since 1921... Promoting and enhancing the business, cultural and civic well-being of the greater Hollywood community.
Welcome to the Chamber’s new legislative and political advocacy action center. Here you will find all the tools needed to contact your local elected officials regarding issues of concern to the Hollywood Business Community. The Chamber encourages you to visit this site often to keep abreast of important local, state and federal initiatives that impact your business.
As we work together to take a stand for businesses and our community, we realize the need to offer relevant information to help you make prudent decisions in the political process. The legislative and political advocacy action center of our website is an interactive tool for election information, nonpartisan civic participation and grassroots advocacy designed to mobilize Chamber members regarding upcoming issues and valuable election news.
On this site, you can register to vote, apply for an absentee ballot, learn more about candidates, locate where you go to vote, contact your elected officials and much more. You are able to join the Chamber’s Grassroots Network and independently contact your legislators to advocate issues important to you.
As key issues are debated by our elected officials, the Chamber will post “Action Alerts” on this site to keep you informed. Click on the "Take Action" button to the right and let your elected officials know how you feel about these key issues. Your elected officials exist to represent your views and interests, however, they need to hear from YOU in order to know how to do so. As a constituent, YOU are in the best position to engage and educate them about how laws and regulations impact the Hollywood Community. Stay connected for updates from the Chamber and Take Action when most appropriate.
For more than 87 years, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has provided leadership, business development resources, networking, and government affairs programs and services to keep the Hollywood business and residential communities safe, relevant and economically vital. At present, one thousand businesses, professionals and nonprofits are members of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, which is ranked as the second largest chamber in the City of Los Angeles, and third largest in the County of Los Angeles. As you continue to play an active role in voicing your opinion to our elected officials, rest assured, the Chamber will also be doing its part! Together we will ensure a thriving and prosperous Hollywood Community!!!
